Artist 001 Season One. Typoe is a Miami-based multidisciplinary artist whose work is in dialogue with his life experience and environment.
Typoe (b. 1983, Miami) is a Miami-based multidisciplinary artist whose work is in dialogue with his life experience and environment. Gunpowder, fire, plastic, spray paint and found objects are just some of the materials used in his installations.
Typoe’s work has been exhibited at Pérez Art Museum Miami, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Andy Warhol Museum, Faena Art Center in Buenos Aires and Artis—Naples. Permanent public installations include The Underline in Miami, Brightline’s MiamiCentral station and The Pop District in Pittsburgh.
